The service station imagery on the home page is more than just a design element – it’s symbolic of our history and our core values.
Dale Sisson opened his garage in rural Arkansas in 1961 and for the next 50 years he took care of automobile maintenance and repairs for the fine folks of Des Arc. Dale’s Garage had a reputation for quality repairs at a fair price. Dale was an automotive genius with a common-sense approach to problem solving.
But more than anything else, Dale would go to great lengths to take care of his customers – one time even removing a part from his wife’s car to put on a customer’s car to make sure the customer could get back on the road. What does this have to do with BubbleUp?
Well, Dale’s son was our CEO and founder, Coleman Sisson. Young Coleman grew up working in the garage, and his dad’s dedication to customer service is at the core of our company values. In an age of email and text messages, we still pick up the phone to talk. We enjoy solving complex problems for our customers, and we will go to any lengths to make sure it’s done right.
